date on I 130 and GS 230 form

does the date on the I 130 have to be the same date as my spouse's GS 230 form? because he will be sending it to me through snail mail because he has to sign it. if not, then my I 130 and GS 230 form dates have to be dated before his? what is he just signs it and ill put in the date, the date before i actually send it, but the handwriting will look different from his signature?

The dates dont have to match, just have her date on the day she signs.
