Still thinking the story is a fake.... wishing the ADMIN would compare IP address of OP with others to match other member IDs. Also, beside the match, I wonder if the IP is RP based or USA based?

Also since the story, depending on how you take it, makes Filipinas look bad, it could be someone with an axe to grind.
