Question about my wife's G325 form

What I mean is, when she filled it up, on the part where it states Full name, she put her Full name before we got married. Her name is Lesel Flores Ignacio ( thats her married name ) but in the form, she put Lesel Consencino Flores..would that matter?? Or would that just confuse the agents reviewing my petition?? We are filipinos, and where we live the woman drops her middle name and using her last name as her new middle name.

So any help would be appreciated, I just want to be sure before I send all these forms in, i dont want to suffer any delays.
