Call the DOS and ask for the update on the case. The Consulate cannot deny you information about why the case was sent back. DOS will be able to help. All the best.

Embasyy not tell why they sent case back they not even reply your mail.

dont be serprise they can do any thing.

Dear friends any friend whouse case is offically back in USCIS. is that there is any deffrience between k1 and k3 process when case will go back. what is mean by secend secend NOA1. i got both approved 130 and 129f spouse but 129f spouse K3 visa is not issued and sent back to USCIS. i also want to ask how much time it take of all process after it reached to USCIS . i recived email from NVC that they recived my case and sent back to USCIS. please help and what i have to do.
