I just got an e-mail update from USCIS and our Adjustment of Status case has been transferred to the California Service Center. Which probably means no interview and an approval not too far down the road...

I'm so happy, I've been trying to call Wadi at home non-stop, but I think he's still sleeping... He'll be so happy too when he finally wakes up!!!

We got our AOS transferred to CSC too and then ended up getting an interview appointment before we got an approval from CSC. Either way the transfer usually means you are on the faster track so congratulations on that!

That's great news! It will go faster in CSC? And no interview at CSC? I have an NOA1 of May 8, 2006 and my case was transferred June 1 from NE to CA. Does that mean it will be processed faster and they I (my fiance) may not have to do an interview?

Brenda

Oops! Forgot to add that we are doing an I-129F petition!

Interesting, didn't know that was a possibility (maybe it's because you live in California???)... Well, anyways, we're happy to be on the fast track! :D

We're going through the AOS process, meaning my husband is already here and has applied for his green card.

There will always be an interview for the K1 visa. Hope you get processed quickly!

Big Congratulations Jenn...it would be great to go forward without the interview...Never knew that there is a possibility of getting processed without the interview for AOS...that would be truly wonderful...will keep my fingers crossed....
