We're just getting confused..

Another quick questions about the DS157..

On block # 12 and #17 asking about the employment history and the Educational BAckground..

We put the answer on the attached sheet, just wondering..

1.Do we really have to put the exact date of graduation?? cause it says there mm-dd-yyyy. Gosh, I could remember when I finished elementary...

2. How specific does the address should be?? should I just put the area and the city or put the whole address including the block numbers???

WE really appreciate all the help we can get..

1 can be approx Month Year

2 can be city province for past employers.

Moving to consulate/embassy forum.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
