Hey everyone. I'm in the NVC-Embassy phase, and I am wondering. Although the embassy website info states an I-134 is what is necessary for the affidavit of support, the I-864 seems to achieve the same purpose, and I am a little uncertain as to which document should be provided to the Embassy. By the way, this is for a K3, Warsaw. Also, will a simple US notarization of this document suffice?

Thanks.

You know what - I though my computer frizzed over the weekend when I made the last post, and I just saw that push and a couple of others answered this, so my earlier post got through. I'm sorry, you can disregard this one, and thanks to push and others for your input.
