Oke..I'm getting ready..but I still have some gaps in my forms...because I still have some concerns:

_the I-94 number is the departure number-left corner,up on I-94?11 digits?

-the name exactly as in I-94?I omitted to put my middle name in I-94?what should I fill in form i-485 at part 3?should I put my fam name+first name as in I-94?or my full name:first name+middle name+fam name?

-the alien receipt number(that I have to write down on the back of the passport photos) is the same as A number?how many digits has A no?In passport it has 8 digits..I'm confused..In the example forms at I-131 A number has 9 digits...

-at form g-325 a it asks applicant's employment last five years starting with the present one,In present I'm unemployed(obviously)..so I put "none" at the first line under:"full name and address of employer" and "unemployed"under:"occupation".Do you think it is oke?

-when my husband submitted the petition he forgot to list one job that he had in 2006-he worked just few weeks for a company.and now we are planning to submit the w-2 for 2007,2006,2005.but in 2006 he has two w-2-s from 2 diffent companies.do you think he should list the forgotten job in the new-updated g-325 A,that he has to submit now to uscis for my aos?

-I've seen that people on this forum mentioned in the letter that qualifies for an advance parole doc as circumstances only leaving USA(while aos pending) for emergency or family illness. If I mention smth like:I'm planning to visit my family together with my husband and my parent-s in-law is it a bad thing to mention??Because this is actually my main reason.

-did you check at part 7 more then one trip??

IT'S 9 DIGITS BUT WHEN THE FIRST DIGIT IS A ZERO, THEY OFTEN SKIP IT AND WRITE ONLY THE LAST 8

WRITE UNEMPLOYED (GIVE DATES OF UNEMPLOYMENT). IF UNEMPLOYED FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS WRITE UNEMPLOYED (GIVE DATE)

YOU MAY WRITE ANY REASON THAT YOU WANT, SINCE AOS APPLICANTS ARE ENTITLED TO AP AUTOMATICALLY. THIS QUESTION IS REALLY FOR OTHER APPLICANTS. FOR EXAMPLE, "TO VISIT FAMILY WHILE AOS IS BEING PROCESSED".

-did you check at part 7 more then one trip?? YES, IT WILL BE GOOD FOR MULTIPLE RE-ENTRIES

Thank you so much guys!!!

I have one more question.I decidet to adopt my husband fam name after marrige so I filled out all the forms with the new name.So I sign from now on:my first name+my middle name+his fam name.I 've read that is not legal to change my maiden fam name as a middle name,so I kept my middle name.Now...I have no space to print my full name on form I-485 at the part:applicant's certification.Do you think i should print smth like:my first name+middle innintial+new fam name(it fits like that)or I should write down my full name using a pen after I print the form.I hope my q is not too confusing.

Thanks again!!
