This reminds me of my situation that took place in June of '08. Very disheartening. After you pick up the pieces, just keep a wary eye open, because it takes time to trust after being lied to.

Oct 20, 2009 - Leidys took bus to Diomesa Office to pick up Visa/Passport package because ("We don't deliver to your Barrio").

Nov 22, 2009 - POE (30 min.) Los Angeles, Intl.

Dec 27, 2009 - Wedding

March 8, 2010 - AOS NOA

April 8, 2010 - AOS BIO (in Riverside, CA)

May 11, 2010 - AOS AP

May 24, 2010 - AOS Interview

May 27, 2010 - AOS EAD May 27, 2010

Jun 18, 2010 - Green Card Received!

Hello all today marks the end of my journey here. I found out that my Fiancée has been cheating on me for months now. Nice Christmas persent huh. Her plan was to divorce me after 2 years and bring her new boyfriend to the states. Well glad I found out before it was too late. My letter of cancellation is in the mail today.. Anyways I want to thank all of you for your help and want to wish all of you the best of luck and a fast speedy approval. Who knows maybe I’ll be back someday. Take care and good luck. I'm not sure how to delete my timeline so it doesn't affect anyone else. If someone could let me know that would be great. Mike

Just my luck.... The only person probably on this web site that doesn't want to get approved gets approved yesterday.. GREAT!!!

This is my luck i guess. Here I'm thinking it's an e-mail saying that yes have canceled your visa.. Nope wrong Approved... :crying:

that's the efficiency of our uscis.

maybe take a copy of that letter along with your documentation to the nearest uscis office? maybe that will be like putting fire ants in their underwear and get them to move.

omg, sorry to hear that. Hope they (the office concerned or who ever they maybe) could do something about it.

Gather your evidence and send to the USCIS, NVC, and State Department. Hopefully this will put her on the banned list for 10 years as far as being petitioned by amyone in the USA
