Have you tried calling the Manila USEM and asking them as they are the ones who make the schedules? You won't know until you ask them, as when I called the embassy(12/11/08), I was surprise to get a January schedule myself as I read on some post before calling that ppl were already saying January was booked up, but yet, I was able to schedule a January interview..
