i sent out the entire package with everything and i am sure it is complete except for some stupid reason i forgot to add the emails to add additional support for existing relationship. i sent plenty of other supporting documents such as photos, travel reciepts, etc. the emials is the only thing i forgot to include. is this a big goof? can i send them in seperately and should i, or should i just wait to see what happens?

From what I have read, you will need them for the consulate interview - not the 129f...

Emails are secondary proof - as long as you have ticket stubs showing actual visit, you should be ok.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

GUZ is a difficult post and many would suggest to send all supporting evidence you can with the initial petition when dealing with a high fraud Consulate/Embassy, then continue collecting documents as you await the interview. However, since you did not send them in you can include them when your fiance gets to the interview stage. I would advise you to collect and provide as much proof as you can.

Be sure to visit the China regional forum here on VJ and candleforlove.com to prepare yourselves the very best you can for the interview.

good luck
