Hey Chicken Little,

My packet came in the mail today and I noticed it was addressed to me in my maiden name. All previous documents and mail from NVC have been addressed to me in my married name. I thought this was odd. Did the same thing happen to you?

Well, for me everything has been in my maiden name. I haven't changed my name yet. I'm going to have to talk to the people at my interview and ask if I change my name now, if it will cause problems. :(

I should have changed it when I first got married, but at the time I wasn't certain I wanted to. Now I AM certain, but I'm afraid it will be a hassel. :(

But yay that you got your packet! :D Isn't it exciting to see in writing your interview date? :D

Packets 3 and 4 for K visas and through DCF come from Montreal..

Packets 3 and 4 for those who filed an I-130 in the US come from the NVC.
