Get married according to your local laws. Study the guides for next steps. AOS or Adjustment of Status is the next step after marriage. You'll want to have her apply for a Social Security number soon after her arrival as well. She may need it to get married. Again, check your local laws for marriage.

ead guide is here:

questions dealing with ssn or employment go to this forum:

in the meantime, i'll move this from K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures General Discussion to Adjustment of Status (Green Card) General Discussion

as for marriage license requirements, that's a state issue and i can't provide any answers as i don't know what state you are in. a good idea would be to consult your county clerk's office for requirements.

You've gotten really good answers...I'll just add that you will need a copy of your marriage license (we sent a certified copy, with the county clerk's raised seal on it...but I believe you can now send just a regular copy), how and when you receive those differs by state and county so, again...check your local laws. :) You should be able to find your county clerk's website on google pretty easily.

See my timeline for my K-1 and AOS/EAD/AP details.

Slight correction.... marriage certificate. A marriage license is worthless really.
