Yes, I lost 10lbs, clothes feeling lose, but my breast is where I lost most of the weight. She told me don't bother with the scale, you'll know it's working when you try on your clothes and when you can walk up a flight of stairs and be able to talk when you reach the top.

I think I find Zumba boring because it's the music...if it was calypso, maybe I'll feel different. I'm trying to find another African dance class...I gave up on pool dancing, since mi caan grab the rass pole and spin.

Where were you pool dancing? :P

I was looking at that flirty girl fitness DVD - debating ordering it, thought it looked like fun - I have been playing with my Wii fit for 45 min a day - it's actually fun - Although I can't hula hoop to the right to save my life!

Since the weather is changing, I starting taking walks before work. My cousin wants me to jon her in boot camp starting on the 31st. I did it last summer for 2-3 weeks. Gotta think about it.

girl, go for it. I've done several boot camps, all I can say is OUCH!..but it was fun.

Trust me, I know. I was sore for a week after the first class. But I enjoyed it and had to stop because we moved and had to work lots of hours. The price is cheaper this year because it's only 2 days instead of 3. The instructor is so nice.

Hey Ladies,

Let's really get fine in 09 LOL

I know that some ladies have expressed interest in wanting to join a weight loss and exercise team via 50millionpounds.com in order to support each other trough the journey. Mrs Palmer came up with the name Dynamic Divas which is fabulous. I wanted to know if any other team members that wanted to join had any other names they wanted to throw out there and we choose from the pool.

1. Dynamic Divas

2. In it to Win it

3. Bringing Sexy Back

4. Fluffy n Fabulous ( LOL)

Ok I'll keep thinking of some more. :idea: The weather is starting to warm up here and I am going to get back to jogging in the a.m. Lets get motivated Ladies. :dance:

Got to get one of those cute wright loss tickers now :thumbs:
