can the petitioner deport the beneficiaries? lets say, the petitoner got mad to the beneficiaries, can he deport you? even without convicting any criminal or civil acts?

a petitioner can "report" an alien to ICE, but unless there is some deportable reason there will be no deportation... being "pissed" is not such a reason

YMMV

It depends on the status of of the beneficiary. If the petitioner and beneficiary fail to accomplish the requirements anywhere along the process, then eventually the beneficiary loses protected status, and is subject to removal. However, the petitioner is still responsible for the welfare of the beneficiary along the terms stated in his affidavit of support and his petition agreement.

Bullwinkle: "No, they are just confused."

Depends on the type of visa and the stage it's at. If a nonimmigrant hasn't adjusted status yet the the petitioner has the option of not signing a affidavit of support. Bene has a good chance of being deported if reported.

CR-1 and IR-1 visas are pretty bulletproof in regards to being deported by the petitioner unless they break the law.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

That can't be a good start to a relationship ... if the petitioner wants to deport the beneificiary :(

I guess the main way is for the petitioner refuses to marry the beneificiary .... thus the beneificiary having to go back after the 90 days, that of course is if the person is on a K1 visa.
