hallo friends....

I mailed my affidavit of support last wednesday...i went to the immigration agency(not lawyer) paid them $50 they typed and put documents needed in a cirtified mail..

1) they didnt include my pay stubs..i asked them but told me not needed..cuz i already have my job letter saying how much i make.

2) they didnt include co-sponsor(my father)..asked them..they said..not need cuz i make more than the poverty line...i can support for 2 peoples

3) Only put my last tax return...they didnt put the last three tax return.

is it ok that they didnt include all these....is it goin to make RFE....

1) wat next...after sending AOS...wat do i do now...i have all the original document with me like marriage certificat,birth certificate...except police and passport certificate with me now..i will get it here on jan 1st.

can i send it without police cert and passo verification....is it ok...

I wouldn't worry- sounds like they had you send in all you need. You don't have to send in pay stubs; I did just for extra evidence, but it's not a requirement.

If you make enough to support your household with no anticipated changes that the consulate will see, then it's a good idea that you didn't have your father co-sponsor- why make a legally binding document when it is not necessary? I grappled with that too, and I chose not to. My AOS went through with no RFE's. You're only required to provide the last year of tax information. I sent in all last 3 years of Tax Transcripts, but I just did overkill.
