So I got the magical email today:

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

On June 6, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

I was wondering, how long does it normally take to receive the card after approval? I'm DYING to start work!!!

Congratulations! Ours was touched today but no approval yet. Our timeline is almost the same as yours but sans RFE.

26 SEP 2006.....INTERVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!

26 SEP 2006.....APPROVED WITH FLYING COLORS!

05 OCT 2006....Welcome letter recieved

11 OCT 2006....THE CARD ARRIVES!!!!!!!!!!

15 SEP 2008.....Sent for removal of conditions

24 SEP 2008.....NOA for removal of conditions

10 MAR 2009....Transferred from VSC to CSC

22 MAY 2009.....REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS APPROVED!!!!!! :) Citizenship here we come!

Congrats everyone! I don't post on the forums very often, I kind of lurk since I moved over to the US!

But again, case approved but a moment ago!!!! :dance: NOA1 was March 27th, so we are well within the 90 days EVEN with an RFE.

Now the pressure is on to get a job! I was hoping to sit at my PC for another 6 months while my wife slaved away! :whistle:

Good Luck to everybody looking for job as a result of these recent approvals.

Now where is the damn card!? ;)
