I forgot who said it first...i'll ask my husband later when he gets home from work bwehehe. I guess for me it doesn't matter who said it first...what matter to me is that we love each other...and when I told him "I love you" the first time I really mean it.

Some people know right away and others take longer to know. I think you should wait and say it when feels like its the right time...even if it means waiting months to tell the person. I don't think it matters who says it first.
