I'd never heard of this -- rhyming slang thing...but there's an urban dictionary type thing that comes up on google! Apparently it's a classic?! Huh. Learn something new every day.

2/24/09: NA02 APPROVAL... finally, after 9 MONTHS & 8 DAYS!!

5/5/09 : Interview Date APPROVED!!!!

5/8/09: visa received

From NA01 to interview: 12 LONG MONTHS!!

07/23/09: received SSN

08/17/09: Passed Driving test

08/22/09: Married on beautiful Mackinac Island, MI

AOS

08/31/09: Mailed AOS Package

10/20/09: Received AP

10/21/09 Received EAD card

12/7/09 AOS APPROVED!

12/14/09: Green Card arrived in mail. Happy Days!

It's taken 18 months from applying for K1 to receipt of Green Card! Thank God it's over until 12/7/11

7/2/12: Approved. New Card Ordered

Yay, can I be added to the interview list, mines on April 23rd at 9am!! I found out by phoning DOS. I had emailed the embassy on Monday as I had to give them my change of address details and asked them in the email for the earliest available interview date or any last minute cancellations if possible as I have been a bit naughty and booked our flights already for June 26th!! Fingers crossed it all goes ok...its only two weeks :o

Did you phone the Embassy first to get one of those codes to put on the email? I'm still waiting for my date...Very frustrating!

Yep, I had to call the premium rate London embassy line as DOS can't update address details, so I got the email code for that reason and asked in the same message for the earliest possible interview. I don't know if it had anything to do with it or if its just a coincidence as they never replied to the email!

yeah well i've been on the old dog and bone having a top hat with the old man, so i didnt know this little issue had arisen.as far as your old man havin a nice boat race, u must be havin a bubble if you think he's better than my ball and chain (to be). i'm off to have a voddy Barney rubble and lemonade
