We are south west Michigan a place called Bangor its between Benton Harbour and Kalamzoo.

Embassy has been replying in 6-7 days not the 3-4 they say. I've been sending emails regularly over the last four weeks.

Thanks for letting us know, suppose I will have to wait a while longer to sort my visa out, great got a visa I still cant use, think a calll to Dos might be in order if I have not heard by the end of the week

I filled it in and took it with me.

It's still in my folder.

I'd take it just in case, but all they asked me for in terms of paperwork was my passport, birth certificate and copy, my police certificate and copy, i-194, and the missus tax return. In that order. Oh, and credit card, of course.

Just called DOSl, they said that London is very busy.......... so wait till Monday and if I have not heard back call the extortion line get a code and mail again, if I have not heard by the end of next week I am to call DOS back and they will help

So dont forget eveyone when you get your visa check that the passport number on it is correct, not much fun having a visa you cant use and DOS told me I cant use it it has to be rectified

and I thought the stress was over for a while after the interview, how wrong was I

Just called DOSl, they said that London is very busy.......... so wait till Monday and if I have not heard back call the extortion line get a code and mail again, if I have not heard by the end of next week I am to call DOS back and they will help

I am getting very frustrated, stressed and so forth and so on. I have called DOS everyday and I have emailed the london embassy over a week ago. And have heard nothing that they dont have packet 3 yet. My fiancee has mailed it Feb 4. I believe all he had to do was send in the checklist 1v-15 which he did and I dont know why it is taking so long when so many people have been getting their interviews dates already am I missing something what is going on., Noone will tell me anything. My noa2 expires May 14. I dont know what else to do is there someone that could shead a little light for me please.

Wish I could shed some light DOS have just told me that London is very busy, when I went for my interview on the 6th March and it was crazy with kids there for Camp America so maybe that slowed them up a bit but not this long

Have you sent copies of the forms in again, incase they have been misplaced, has no one at DOS offered to help and mail them for you

Your NOA2 may expire, but the CO has discretionary powers to extend it. Don't stress. To make sure our Lawyer got John to write a new affidavit of intent to marry along with a request to extend.

I know where it is I used to go to school in Ann Arbor (U OF MI). My friend goes to Kalamazoo college I have been there many times. It's a bit far from Troy

No noone at dos has offered to help me getting nowhere so I am going to have my fiancee send it another tomorrow just in case they cant find it. And this time he will return receipt request it so I know they will get it.
