Take me off the Approved list and put me into AP.

Sorry that you've ended up in AP, that sucks especially after being told you were approved pending police cert.

Hope they get it all sorted out soon.

DairyFarmer,

AP in London lasts for no more than a few weeks at the most, so don't worry. Thankfully London is fast in processing AP as compared to all other countries. In fact, as far as VJ statistics, I believe that London has proved to be the fastest in processing AP. And since you were told that you are approved pending the Australian PC, and now they are going back on their word and putting you in AP, it puts you in a stronger position than any other applicant under AP in London because you were clearly told you were approved and now I think that they are asking questions the CO forgot to ask at the time of interview. As far as I know, the information you mentioned about attending school in NY in the early 90s and then being called into the Buffalo office should have popped up on the computer screen of the CO because it is part of your immigration history. Worst case scenario is that they overlooked the information and now they are asking those questions they should have considered at the time of your interview, that's all. I wish you a speedy approval (although you were technically already approved, I wish you get your visa in hand ASAP). Don't stress and remember London is pretty fast with their processing compared to most other parts of the world...Good luck and be strong! :star:

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

I have a quick question. My fiance sent his packet 3 out feb 3. Did his interview feb 13 and still no word yet on his interview date. I am just wondering why it is taking so long. I kept calling the dos and ask if they received everything and what the status is they said waiting for interview I was wondering if I should call today just to double check that they did receive everything. Aaghhh I bet there is a big pile and Im on the bottom that would be my luck. Took me over 7 months to get approved for the noa2 hope it dont take that long to get an interview date. One last step and it is taking so long. HELPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!! Since my noa2 expires may 14. Do you think I would hear something way before then.

Once they tell you that you are eligible for an interview and they are just waiting on the interview date it means all the documents are fine and they are just waiting for someone to assign you a date. I rang everyday until they told me the date they didn't mind at all.

Did you put a date you wanted to travel by or wedding date? I would have thought you should hear anytime soon as it has been a month.
