OMG!!! Interview one week today. I'm dying with nerves. Can't concentrate on anything!!!

I am sooooooooo worried that I'll be asked for paperwork I don't have or that my fiance's affidavit of support won't be accepted and we'll be asked for a co-sponsor.

I'm having nightmares guys!! I mean really - my overactive imagination is getting totally out of hand. I'm a nervous wreck.

On a more positive note, congrats John & Camie. Looking forward to hearing some details...

Dont worry aoiffe, I feel the same way. If they ask me for anymore paperwork....im kind of in trouble. I think i just about covered every base I could on the affadavit of support front - Payslips, employer letter, tax returns for the last 3 years all above the required amount...

John and Camie.....my congratulations. I am so so so so so happy for you. I was going to ask if John would mind distributing boxes of chocolates with little notes saying "please approve the Francis / Carr case on Friday 12th of June 2009....lots of love Ellie"

But

I am in such a state about all of this stuff going on at the moment, I would end up eating the chocolates in one fail swoop and forget that they were actually bought for the purpose of bribary

You'll do fine, Ellie.. I know what that worried feeling is like (even though I wasn't nervous until a couple of days before), but you really will ask yourself what you were getting so worked up over. It's a breeze, and the lovely American gentleman that a lot of us are getting is very friendly. It doesn't even feel like an interview, more like an interested stranger.

Glad everything is fine! Not that I'm surprised, but it's just such a huge relief to have it over with, huh!

I wonder if they mentioned the computers still being down? I'm waiting for Nik to get home from work so I can quiz him about the mail!! (I also sent an interview present -- supposed to arrive Friday, but hadn't arrived by Saturday. ARGH!) Guess it might end up being a "YAY visa!!" present.

Thanks, Ellie! I was up all night, but then I passed out on the couch with a cookie hanging out of my mouth. Woke up to John's text w/the good news, he was getting on his train back to B/Sea at the time, so now I'm looking forward to hearing how it all went when he wakes up. Will definitely fill everyone in here and in the reviews. In the meantime, the Happy Visa Vibes shift over to you, Ellie girl. I'm even crossing my eyes for you.
