2009-06-16: Received SSN

2009-06-18: Got my degree classification! Got a 2:1 =D.

2009-07-04: Got MARRIED on Independance Day in San Antonio!

:: AOS Timeline ::

2009-08-06: Mailed off our AOS packet!

2009-08-10: USCIS received packet, no NOA1 yet

2009-08-14: NOA1, eeee!

2009-09-08: Walk-in biometrics, all done!

2009-09-15: Got AP, woo + driving permit

2009-09-25: Approved for EAD, waiting for card

2009-09-30: EAD in hand :D

2009-10-16: Received interview letter for 20th October :D

2009-10-20: AOS APPROVED!

2009-10-30: Green card in hand! Weeeeeee!

Our case apparently left NVC on the 12th.. so hopefully it's in London by now? I'm waiting for Packet 3.. according to most UK timelines it seems to take around 12 days from the date NVC sent it. Hopefully I'll have an interview date to report soon :)

Is there any way I can find out if London recieved it without calling that extortionate £1.20/minute number? <_<

I would call DOS in the states but not today as I got through straight away on Friday but today for some reason I gave up after waiting half an hour

Calling the them works out cheaper than the UK well normally it does, I just want to know that they are in receipt of my packet 3, post office delivery said it was delivered on the 9th and on Friday when I called DOS they said not logged as received yet.

Wish that they could just send you a mail to confirm that they have it, but that would be to easy

Hope you get your packet 3 soon

Ryan weighed 7lbs 13oz and was 19.5 inches long

Daddy is celebrating his big week with a loooong sleep so I thought I'd stick my nose in and reply! :D

I emaild the embassy, usually had a reply in 2-3 days and was speaking directly to the Consular Info Unit so much more helpful than the extortion line. Our pk 3 took a while to show up on the system but was over the Xmas holidays. :whistle:
