recvd letter 485 wt apptment

i have a big question guys i received today a letter from ucsis is the form i-767c / wt the case type 485 to adjs status/ it says "REQUEST FOR APLICANT TO APPEAR FOR INITIAL INTERVIEW " it shows a date for feb 9 2009 with a list of supporting documents to bring / my question was didnt we my wife and me neded to receive a NOA2 for the form i30/ or is approved and that is the final interview and get my green card? please help also in had a seasonal job and im jobless starting this week do u think that will be negative in my interview?

Nope, since your I-485 is your wife's sponsorship, this case is the one that needs an initial interview. Once you show up and hopefully you get approved, your I-130 will be automatically approved and an approval notice for both forms will be mailed to your residence, even if you receive the approval notice for the I-485 only, that's the most important one that will trigger the mailing of the green card.

2. As long as your main sponsor (spouse and/or co-sponsor) is employed, your are good to go. In case he/she isn't employed anymore and the interviewing officer asks and finds out, he/she may ask you to find a co-sponsor to get the approval.
