Hi,

I will be leaving the USA to visit my Fiancee for the summer. What papers should I bring for her, that she might needed when she is asked to go in for the interview???? Does she have to show my income or tax returns? What does she need?

Also, something else.....for us to get married in NY w/ a Civil Marraige....does she have to get her marriage license from Greece or can she get it here? I was born there, do i need to get it from there?

Your marriage license has to be obtained in the State, and sometimes the County, that you will be getting married in. I suggest you Google.

2005

2006

Interview - February 13th APPROVED! day 152

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277
