Well I just realized that I never introduced myself to member of VJ! I am Andrea, the beneficiary, we just filed our petition on December 20 with CSC! I have been on VJ for a few months now and I cannot believe the amount of information I have learned! There are so many wonderful and knowledgable people here, I do not know what I would do without everyone! Thank you for all your advice so far in this process leading up to us filing the petition! I met my fiance while I was in the U.S. attending school and he was stationed at a USAF base. Never thought I would fall in love with an American! We have been together for almost 4 years now and cannot wait to get this immigration (K-1) visa over with so we can finally be together again and married! I know that we still have the fun AOS stuff to go through, but we are planning for all that now! Anyways, thank you for letting me introduce myself and good luck to others on there journey! May it be speedy!

looks like I filed about three days after you - so our paperwork will be going through the same timeline...

it's a race! :devil:

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
