HI EVERYBODY! merry xmas to all! can anyone please help me in filling out ds 156?

question no. 22 when do u intend to arrive? what do put there? no. 17 marital status--i had my annulment already but i am confused which option should i choose? no. 18--- do i have to write my former husband's name? or just say NA? thanks in advance.

17. Marital Status - Since your previous marriage was annuled, you would be 'divorced'

18. Yes - Have to write your former husband's name

22. When do u intend to arrive - Unless you already have a specific date, just put 'After visa approval'

Yeah, I put within 90 days of visa approval or something like that.
