planning on attending interview

hello fellow vjers.its been along road for us to get to this point.we waited over 7 months for noa2 from csc.now we have been stuck at nvc since dec 9,2008.once our petition is sent on to manila i will plan my trip to meet anna lou for the interview.she will by this time have had her medical and cfo class all done(except the stamp)we do not know what we should do after the interview weather we should fly home to gensan or stay in manila and wait for visa.will the embassy hold the visa?we want to cut short the time it takes to get the visa and travel to california immediatly.they say now its 7 working days to get the visa printed and ill hold them to that.i only have 3 weeks vacation left so we need to get this done in that amount of time.god forbid if it goes into ap.........has some of you done this before and what should i expect? thanks

Back to your question.

If your not subject to DV.

You can ask CO if you can pick up Visa, it up to them. Delbros will probably take the full 7 days to be delivered to that region.

At interview you may or may not be able to go into the little room with your Fiance for actual CO interview.

I think a 3 week time frame should be good, assuming all goes well at interview (most all of them do)

If all goes well on the interview you can request for pick up of visa provided you have to inform the CO first during the interview.
