Hi fellow members, i just would like to hear any comments/suggestions-My fiance checked that his cheque was already encashed.. Our paperworks was forwarded to VSC last December 9, but to date, no notice of receipt or words from the USCIS. is this normal? How did u receive your NOA1 prior to receipt tru snail mail? I would like to be appeased that our paperworks is already at their hands. I wish you could give me the link also to where my SO can send email and validate the receipt of our paperworks to VSC. thank you so much for the help!

It is common for the NOA1 to be delayed - their system is very slow in this regard. It does not mean they are not processing your case from the date it was received. All you can do is be patient and assume the best

I made a very careless mistake with my I-129F submission. I got a Notice of Action letter from USCIS along with my original petition application and supporting docs due to the 'numerical and written amount' not matching up on the check that I issued... yikes!!!
