Is there anybody who have received NOA 2? If so can you please let me know because i'm a little bit worried of whether our file is still pending?

hey have you ever called service center to learn about your cas status?

Once you update your timeline here on VJ, there will be an estimated time given. There is really no point in calling the service center because you can find the same information when you register your receipt number at the USCIS website. At present time I think its a little too soon for any october filers to get NOA2, average time takes about 4-6 months.

You'll prolly get an approval sometime in January or early February. Just relax...it will come when you least expect it.

I received my NOA 1 Oct. 31st. According to my time line I will get the NOA 2 in April. Please fill out your time line, this will help you and others.

Unless you get really lucky its too early to be looking for Noa2, but stranger things have happened. Everyone else here has given you very good advice. Good Luck

hi,my fiance filed our papers last oct 2 and he recieved a letter from uscis with the tracking number..forsure u have a tracking number too,u can check ur application on uscis.gov and check it on case status online so u would know if its still pending.
