Okay, I didn't see any approvals today. VSC is off until Monday. Poor things, they worked a whole 2 weeks on our approvals! I'm sure they need the time off!

Well, as you all wait for your spouses, I hope you can at least fill the void with family and friends.

Happy holidays to everyone, and I hope you all get the gift of an NOA2 when VSC gets back to work!

Hopefully Monday brings us an over flow of approvals....

Now if only VSC could start respecting the logic of a K3 visa!!!!

Merry Christmas.... Hopefully Santa will fly over our files and move them to the top of the pile

Do you think they got all these approvals out this month because they have a year end quota to meet? Are they supposed to finish all of March before the new year?

What do you all think?

I wouldn't mind waiting another month as long as January is dedicated to April K-3 filers. I would just hate to see them slow down again in the new year and start putting off K-3's AGAIN and working on other petition types only!

I think they are trying to achieve a milestone / quota for 2008 and hence have put off posting the current processing times till the end of the year :innocent:

In November, I have seen approvals both April and May along with the transfers....I don't think much of April and May filers are left other than few of our friends...Being extremely optimistic here as I think June filers would start getting approval from early january and should be done by the mid february.

What do u think? Do I make sense? Not sure then again cuz I am talkin about VSC....

Birch, I'm surprised you got anyone at national, their website says that USCIS offices were closed on 25-26.

I think they're gonna start moving on April in the next week or so.

They need to update that processing time page.

Hang tough, yall.

My timeline says approved between jan. 5 and jan. 23. That would be fine as I'll be in Thailand then and can send the P-3, stop by the embassy and let my face be seen again.......

I asked him if he was at the national center, he said, "ic ant tell you that for security reasons"....LOL

"if I tell you, i have to kill you"....LOL...hahahaa.... innocent.gif

I just wonder how accurate these approvals are....... I think I'll start a poll....

Some people just don't get it...

Today my mom asked me, "So the worst case scenario is that he (my husband) will be here by the summer?" I'm like, "Uh no, mother! That's the best case scenario! You don't wanna know the worst case scenario!" She asked anyway and I told her, "The worst case scenario is that I'm picking myself up and leaving the states and going over to Europe to live." As we sit here and watch our applications rot in VSC, a career oppurtunity is opening up there in 2009. Relocation is looking more positive than not.

I'm off to Europe on Monday (God willing). I guess we'll see what happens when I discuss it with the boss (my husband). LOL!
