Hello... I was just wondering when you send in the I129 package... how many total pictures do you need to have taken?

Also, when you say make copies of everything... should we print out 2 copies of the I-129 and sign both? or have the original copies and photocopy all them? or should we have two copies of the original entire package, everything signed on both?

AOS/EAD/I-131:

NOA'S Received: March 19, 2010

RFE: March 25, 2010

Case transferred to CSC: April 19, 2010

You only need a couple pictures showing you met personally.

Good to have copies of the entire package you submitted . One for you and one for your fiancee.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

The passport style pictures you submit should be US size ones which are different than the Canadian ones. Make sure when you get your pictures done for submission they are of the US size ones.

A couple of pictures with your application of you two having met in person, along with boarding passes, hotel receipts etc. that shows you've been in the same country/area and passport stamps help.

I made a duplicate copy of every piece of information (forms and documents) I submitted. Send one, keep one.

Never send originals unless asked for. You must have the "originals" if asked for.

I responded to another thread of yours with links that might assist as well.

Best of luck!

I am a firm believer of more is better so we did about 20 and I put labels on the back of each describing what was in the picture.

We submitted 4 or 5 pics of us together. What is more important as proof of meeting is documentation - passport stamps, copies of plane tickets/itineraries, copies of bill;s/purchases made in each other's countries. There is no need to inundate them with stuff, just enough to paint a pic of your relationship - and save the ongoing relationship stuff for the interview. Good luck!
