Ive gained some further clarification on the delay of our visa i work for a union in texas as a millwright inside the refinerys. We work by assignment in other words 1 job might be 5 weeks long 1 might be several months 1 might be a few days .This yr i worked for a total of 9 months and earned a little over 30,000

the consular at window 27 told my wife she could see that i exceeded the poverty guidlines but because i only worked for 9 months it did not show a sustainable income even tho the work is spread thru out the yr. 1 of the contractors i worked with at the end of the yr the income with them will have exceeded the 22k requirement for 3 persons so she has asked for another payslip or a letter my wife would be willing to work.i have no problem providing this but it doesnt change the fact that i only worked 9 months out of the yr has anyone had a similar experience and what else could possibly be provided given the nature of my work to show a sustained income???

I'd get tax transcripts for those years and submit them. You can get them in 1 day by having IRS fax them to you and you can fax or scan them to PI. I-800 829- 1040.

I'd say you have been sustaining a decent income for years.
