Hello there everyone. I noticed that several people who submitted a K-1 visa applications after mine (in some cased a month or more) to the CSC already received NOA2 approval. My appliation is still within the timeline on this site, but has not been touched yet (NOA1 of AUG 19). I called USCIS and spoke to a few robotic people who provided no helpful information. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else? Let me know if you have any info on this. Thanks. Bye

that seems to be a common problem, they say they work cases in the order recieved if you call but we all know that isnt so. I think the work them in the order they get a box of applications off the shelf. For some reason some boxs seem to be unpopular with the workes, Dont know if maybe they have a unlucky number on them or what, but always seems some from some monthes get worked before others which is fustrating. Good Luck everyone.
