December 13, 2007 - I-751 submitted to NSC (removing of conditions fun begins...)

December 22 - Received a rejection notice because the form was not "properly signed". Package itself was not returned.

January 1, 2008 - Received packet back from CSC. They are requesting we resubmit the packet (which is already organized by CSC) with a properly signed form.

January 2 - Packet resubmitted to California.

January 12 - NOA1 received (dated 01/07/2008)

January 19 - Biometrics appointment notice received (dated 01/15/2008)

February 1 - Biometrics

March 11 - Approved! Card production ordered (notified via e-mail).

March 20, 2008 - New card arrived in the mail :)

Done until 2018 :)

Congratulations on getting your green card approved. How exciting!!! I'm glad it went well. We are in Phoenix as well and are waiting for our AOS interview. Can you please tell us what your application date was for the adjustment of status? I'd just like to get an idea of where they are really at in interviewing. I was at the office today and they told me that our case is still at the MSC and they are still doing interviews for applications in May 2005. Our date is in December 2005 so we still have some time to wait if they are being real with me on the current dates. Anyway, thanks. And congrats again!!!

Hi Molly,

We are also in Phoenix. Our application date was right before yours in November 2005 and we received our interview notice a few weeks ago. Our interview is in just under 2 weeks - 21st June. So your interview notice is hopefully right around the corner. We can't wait for the interview.....we are going away for our anniversary right afterwards so I hope they are going to stamp my passport! Good luck, keep us posted.

Thanks Marie and Claire!!!! The Phoenix office is truly amazing!!! They must have interviewed LOTS and LOTS of people since Wednesday when I was there because today we received our interview letter!!!! Our interview is July 12th---seven months from the date of my husband's interview in Lagos! The Phoenix office sure did go from May applications to December applications FAST!!!! Or maybe their processing dates are lying---even to the officers.

Thanks for your encouragement that our interview letter would be coming soon. I really appreciate it!
