you filed out the I-94 on the flight to USA. a piece of it should be stapled in your passport.

Hi everyone. Me and my husband is about to file for AOS and we have a small question- What is I-94 and how can I get the I-94? This is one of the requirement to adjust status. I appreciate any help or answers I can get. Thank you and God bless:)

The I-94 is issued to you during your flight to US by a stewardess. You have to fill up the form and the immigration at poe will then check and stamp it with your date of arrival. Then they will staple this to your passport beside your us visa.

Ive never been given an I94 whenever I fly in to the U.S... do they not issue them at some of the countries?

According to the posts i read, they don't give the I94 to canadian and mexican it seems me.
