How did u find that out ? So u got an e-mailed form them. USCIS havent updated their timelines...hey congrats probably one of the best christmas gift, if not the best gift.

they emailed me my approval. thanks for the good wishes.

hopefully we will be done with NVC just in time when they schedule interviews in January. my only concern is if they will accept 2007 tax returns when we hit the january 1st marker. like i said in another thread, i dont have a problem filing 2008 returns but it takes some time to get W2s and file returns and this would cause unneccessary delays. lets hope for the best and keep our fingers crossed.
