When I send the Ds 3032... Do I have to send samething else with it? Or JUST the DS3032?

Do I address it to just....

Or does it need a specific ATTN?

I didn't see anywhere in the wiki guides saying what exact address to use for the DS-3032 form.

If I didn't have bad luck, I would have no luck at all!

Ok, I just called NVC. And the operator told me to put "ATTN: ACL" to get it to the correct people faster.

If I didn't have bad luck, I would have no luck at all!

I'd call them back and get the email address and instructions for emailing the choice of agent. Or somebody will come by and answer with those instructions.

Don't forget that you can now get your IIN (Invoice Identification Number), that way you'll be able to pay the AOS and IV Bill fees online and make the process go faster.

Everything I've read about emailing the DS-3032 is that its slower than mailing it. So why bother??

It has been IMPOSIBLE for me to obtain the IIN number... NOBODY is willing to give it out... since yesterday I have called like 30 times... and NO luck... :bonk:

Has anybody been able to obtain the IIN number from the operators?

Daniele and Jen and Travis and Kim were able to get it earlier in the month. I have not noticed anyone who's gotten it since. I could be wrong. I was unsuccessful in getting the IIN too, waiting for my ex-lawyer to receive them. Hopefully she gets them on Friday.

Keep calling, most VJ members have said the same thing and they keep calling until they find an agent willing to give it out. For some reason the night time customer service reps seem to be nicer than the ones in the other shift. So if you call at 11:30 p.m. EST you might be able to find someone who will be nice enough to give it to you. Just say you want to have it for your records and that's all.
