Still waiting for NOA2 from VSC K-3 I-129F within the VSC processing time (2008-03-07)

Names I-129F Sent I-129F NOA1 I-129F RFE Updated Last

69 Jocel & Carlos 2008-06-25 2008-07-01 2008-12-19

According to the IGORs list I am # 69 and it was last updated on 19 Dec 2008, My question is where this series number came from and who does this last updated? Or this is just the VJ came up with the EXCEL programs to name and number you base in the date of your cases that you have filed, then where is the Last Updated came from?
