Im back to ask the good people here who might have encountered the same problem.

Weeks before , I inquired about the US Embassy telephone number in Manila for my sister. Thanks to all,my nephew had his fingerprints taken again and my sister and her family received their visas last week. UNFORTUNATELY, my brother-in-law's middle initial is wrong and they wrote B instead of C.

Can they send his visa back for correction or does he have to go back to the embassy and have the error corrected personally?

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

It would be best to reach the US embassy so that specific instructions may be relayed. :)

It may be costly (to return to USEM) but it's better to be on the safe side.
