Even though we got the confirmation that our interview reschedule was approved, we still got a denile due to abondomnent of the interview, this was accompanied with the "Motion to Reopen" request available to us.

My question to those who have filed for one. How long did you have to wait?

Thanks!

Basically they scheduled our interview for Chicago while we live in Ca. Our attorney filed a re-schedule in the correct city. We received a letter back (from a Director) stating the interview would be moved to LOS? Our origional interview date passed by and now we received the Denial letter. Our attorney filed the Motion to Reopen in early december, and now we wait (on pins and needles)... Any ideas on how long we will have to wait?
