Does the petitioner need to send the original divorce decree only only beneficery?

I have never been divorced, but my husband has - I am pretty sure the DS-230 is only for me and not for him?

or do they want to see his original divorce decree?

he had sent a copy to the VSC

Date of I-751 = 03/05/2011

NOA Date = 3/08/2011

Biometrics = 04/11/2011

Approved = 09/08/2011

DS 230 requires no documents from the petitioner. It's all you now except the I-864 and its supporting documents.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Thanks! just wanted to make sure we didn't get an RFE :)

we are almost at the homestrech :)

Date of I-751 = 03/05/2011

NOA Date = 3/08/2011
