I am going ahead with I-129, Should I pay any pill on I-130????

Operater at NVC said I have to still proceed with I-130 because that is what give me the Green Card. Could it wait until I get the k3 visa and get to the States and then proceed with I-130????? Help I don't know what to do!!!!!

She is going to say that. In the end it's up to you. You can't proceed with I-130 once you get the K-3 visa. Your spouse will come here on the K-3 visa, then you will have to file to adjust their status and apply for the green card in the US. You do not have to pay attention to I-130 if you're not interested in pursuing it.

Actually, one certainly can proceed all the way through to an immigrant visa after arrival on a K3 visa but most prefer to use the already approved I-130 as basis to adjust status rather than travel back to their home country for a visa interview. If you've decided to abandon the immigrant visa path in favor of a K3 visa, simply cease doing anything about the I-130 until you send of copy of its NOA2 with your AOS filing. Let it sit at NVC with no action.
