Hi Everybody,

My fiancee finally get visa in hand after waiting for long time since we had first K1 visa which was denied in 2006.

25-10-2005: I-129F NOA2

03-11-2005: NVC received

01-12-2005: Received by Consulate

12-12-2006: Package 3

10-02-2006: Package 4

20-03-2006: K1 visa Interview

20-04-2006: K1 visa denied

24-06-2006: Petition was sent back to USCIS

30-06-2006: Received I-797 notice case being review

30-07-2006: Sent letter to CSC to rebut what Consulate stated.

01-12-2006: Sent letter again

01-03-2007: Sent letter to Ombudsman because of the processing out of time

27-03-2007: Received letter from CSC, case still being review

20-11-2007: Re-approved Petition

15-12-2007: NVC received

21-12-2007: NVC sent case back to VSC where new petition refiled

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

I'm old member on this site since 2006, at that time we got too much trouble with our case so I came here to ask everybody about case was sent back and I have got some advises from here that was really helpful. Especially someone who was on the same boat as mine here like: DAve- Thao, MArtindat .......... We finally find out the light at the end of the tunnel.

My finacee was asked a lot of question, here it is:

Who is the petitioner?

HOw do you know your fiance?

What site?

When did you first meet your fiance?

Where did you first meet your fiance?

HOw many times he come to Vn to visit you?

When was the last time? for how long?

HAve you ever been out of Vn? With who? When? how long?

May I see passport with stamp? ( old passport)

what does he do for living?

Does he have any employee? How many?

Where and when he graduate?

Does he have any children?

HAve you ever met them? when?

Do you know anything about them? Name? Age?

Have you ever met his parents?

HOw do you communicate with them?

what is his mother maiden name?

what does he like to do for free time?

what is brand of motor? How many CC? color?

Where is he living? State? City?

Do you know anything about his city?

Do you have any relative live in US?

what is state?

Does your fiance know him?

What will you do if you arrive in US?

Where will you celebrate for wedding?

Where will you go for honey moon?

Why dont you and your fiance get married in VN?

When will you want to move to US?

Interviewer smile when he asked my fiancee this question. She thought he would give her pink paper after she answered: When you give me a visa. BUt he still keep asking ....

How do you communicate with your fiance?

Show me his phone bills, pics

Then he gave my fiancee blue paper which request some more information about her relative in US and timeline.

She told me that there were a lot of question was asked but she only remember that all
