We are filing 130 and 485 together for AOS application. Does anyone know if we need to include the photocopies of both petitioner and beneficiary's ENTIRE passport? I remember reading somewhere that says needing every page of the passport, that's like 20 pages for each passport!

and overall, how many photos are needed for each one of us?

mailing out the package today, just need these to seal the package! Thanks a bunch!

As per VJ guides and the I-130, a copy of your passport is not needed unless you (beneficiary) are proving your citizenship with it ( page 2 on instructions) or if the petitioner is proving his/her legal status in the US with it.

I-485 states that the beneficiary needs a copy of his/her passport that has the visa in it.

It probably isn't needed for the petitioner, unless proving citizenship. Also, an entire copy probably isn't needed for the beneficiary. But, in the grand scheme of things, what's 20 pages when your risking an RFE?

We included a full copy of my passport and single photocopies of the requested info (i.e. visa). The adjudicator could easily rip out the wanted pages or just chuck the thing if he/she feels it isn't needed.

When in doubt, read the instructions for each form. When asked for copy of passport, it means all pages (even blank ones) unless specific pages are mentioned.

thanks very much for the response!

regarding the photos, is it 1 for the petitioner, and 8 for the beneficiary?

thanks!

Hello have a wonderful christmas holidays! Anyways, I put 2 photos for the petitioner(my wife) (just in case one photo will be misplaced or lost, just to be safe) and for beneficiary it depends if how many applications are there to submit . Well, in my case I (beneficiary) had submitted 8 photos 2 for each application for I-130, AOS, EAD and AP.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)
