I guess some question I have answered wrong in my I-129F and I-130 and trying to find out if this going to hurt me in the long run as my documents are pending.

In my I-130, # 22, I answered San Antonio, Texas instead of blank because my wife wasn't here yet in Texas. and on I-129F # 20, I answered with San Antonio, TX instead of Cebu City, Philippines in regards to Consulate or Embassy abroad, do I need to write them or they will eventually catch the mistake?

I imagine they can figure out the embassy isn't in San Antonio, Texas.

These are minor things... nothing to lose sleep over - am sure they'll figure it out. Assume the best. :thumbs:

I called USCIS about this question,myself and the officer told me that they will automatically send it to the assigned consulate.

no biggie according to USCIS

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Thanks for the persons that answered my question, just like most of us here I have been waiting for the NOA2 since my NOA1 was received back in June and touched .

To all ... Happy Holidays and we all wish everyone a safe and joyful holidays. Some of us will have their loves one beside them for Christmas and some this New Years...

As for me, I missed my wife's brithday, soon to be the christmas and I know the New Years too, maybe she get here before my birthday...Valentine day just to name a few...

Imagine... the processing time wasn't even updated yet... I guess being in the ARMY I got use to the terms " HURRY UP AND WAIT " and wait and wait and wait... I called them, the USCIS, every Monday and checked online 2-3 times daily and nothing.

I did asked what are the conditions of getting expedites...well they asked me if I have orders to go downrange, they can expedite my cases... and I told them thats don't make sense, if she is here and I am there downrange then what's the purpose of her being here without me and not knowing anyone here in the states. I sacrificed enough being back to back downranges- two tours. I know some of our fine serviceman still there and some have more rotations than I did, we pray for them.

We all know that some of the people got married or will marry someone in the US is for the purpose of GC. Once again I SAID some so as not to offend anyone.

Sorry I didn't mean to VENT... :angry::help:
