Hi VJers,

My name is Amy. My husband is Hocine. We have been married since 2006. We had our first son in October of this year, little Mehdi. He is a cutie if I do say so myself.... :luv:

We will be applying to lift conditions shortly.

We have already learned so much from this site! There is so much valuable info. I wish we would have found VJ years ago.

Just wanted to say hi!

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
