I still don't have my case number as yet the NVC operator told me to check next week . I feel as if i am going out of my mind help. Does any one hava and idea of when the processing might be completed for people who were approved under the category Ir/Cr 1 for and I-130 petition. Help!

Dont panic just make sure you have all your papers ready..if you're the petitioner you need to send your AOS package the beneficiary needs her ds 230 form completed along with the supported documents. It wont take you long if you have all your stuff ready and mail them overnight, also follow the shortcuts so you can move alot quicker through this NVC process.

This is a spreadsheet showing how quickly people finished their cases I believe someone broke the NVC case complete record with 13 days...

Hello,

Congratulations to you on your approval. Just start getting your paperwork together. Also, make sure your wife/husband have updated passport and get the police clearance as soon as possible. Also, make sure that they fill out the ds230 forms and send them to you right away. I am from Guyana, my husband and i have just completed at NVC and we are waiting for an interview date. We have already missed January, waiting to see if we are on February's. Please make sure that you continue to update your timeline, it would help us all out as not many Guyanese seem to be giving information.
