I-130 Question No. 15 - Please clarify

Question No. 15 is regarding "Name and address of present employer". I want to clarify if this question pertains to an employer in the U.S (if he is here working) or does it pertain to his employer in his country where is lives right now?

I guess I'm confusing myself because the previous questions 13 & 14 ask specific questions to him being in the U.S.

Only applies to a relative living and working in the US. I imagine your answer would be NONE.

These forms are used for all types of visa petitions.

Section B is US Citizen Petitioner.

Section C is all about the Beneficiary, the person getting the immigrant visa.

Question 15 is in section C So is foreign benificiary's employer, either in foreign country, or in the USA if adjusting status in the USA.

13, and 14 had to do with prior visits or currently in the USA.

For example: A person is in the USA on a work visa and marries a US citizen and adjusts status, they file I-130, and I-485 while in the USA so yes they can answer 14 as being currently in the USA, and 15 current US employer.

Ok, I'm a bit confused now based on the previous answer from Haole. My husband is self-employed in his country under a DBA "XYZ Enterprises" but he has not been to the US nor does he have a job here. So according to your answer YuandDan, I should list his "XYZ" company name here, correct?
