hello all ,i am already in usa after getting my k3 visa and need to know what documents i need to send to uscis to change mt status so i can get the permit work and also the green card

Click on the word "Guides" at the top of any page here and follow the one called "Adjustment of Status". When you have questions, ask them in the AOS forum.

Ahlan Wa Sahlan.... My husband arrived on October 6th and we are anxiously awaiting his Work Permit. As the previous person wrote, check out the Guides to AOS for K1 and K3 visa holders. Most everything you need is there.

If you have any questions there is a forum here for almost every subject you can imagine. Come visit the MENA group (Middle East/North Africa) where we talk about all kinds of things related to MENA.

What part of Egypt are you from? We call Alexandria home... but spend much time in Cairo as well. Feel free to send me a message any time if you have any questions.

Tahea Ya Masr

P.S. Suggest you fill out your timeline....
